CS Cavity Sliders worked with Marra Construction to provide a divider between the office and lobby of the sales office for the subdivision. Three 2.5m x 1.9m stacking CS NewYorker® doors with a powder coated Matt Black frame are hung from a triple sliding top track. The CS NewYorker door is a stylish pre-finished aluminium door that can be glazed using a wide range of materials – usually glass. The frame has no visible screws or fastenings and the horizontal or vertical rails have been purpose designed to maintain overall good looks without compromising strength or reliability. 

This set up allows the office space to be locked up and the lobby space kept open to the public when staff are not in attendance. The key locking CL400® Magnetic handle has been supplied in a custom matt black finish to match the doors. The award winning CL400 Magnetic cavity slider handle features a magnetically activated catch and plunger system which enables a beautifully smooth action on locking configurations. Passage, Privacy and Bi-Parting configurations are also available in the range.
