The CL100 Mortice Lock is a versatile mortice that has many different internal and external hardware options. The internal components have been built to resist corrosion making it suitable for both internal and external use in commercial, architectural and residential applications.

The CL100 LaviLocK is the only code compliant commercial-grade disabled toilet access lock available on the New Zealand market. It has been specifically designed for sliding toilet doors and has the added benefits of "VACANT' and 'IN USE' indication beside the slide locking bolt. These locks are also handed, meaning that setting up exit free (not requiring unlocking from inside) is a breeze! Important: to be Council Compliant the Lever / Lever option must be used for paraplegic toilets and the door needs to be a minimum of 910mm wide for a clear walk through of 760mm. With today's wheelchair manufacturing however, a door leaf of 1000mm is more suited to provide easy access. Finishes available: SCP (Satin Chrome Plate) or PB (Polished Brass).
