CS Doors - Product Details

CS DoorLeaveS make for a stylish alternative to conventional timber door leaves. Due to a robust design they can be made to over height and width sizes without the risk of bowing or warping. And because they arrive pre-finished (even hardware can be pre-fitted) time and money is saved.

The NewYorkeR SlidinG is a pre-finished door frame that can be glazed using a wide range of materials, glass being the most popular. The 100mm aluminium frame has no visible screws or fastenings. Styles, rails, mullions and transoms have all been designed with heavy-duty extrusions, providing strength and versatility.

Most standard mortice locks can be fitted to the front style and we can factory-fit the lock for you. A clip in the front clashing sits neatly above and below the mortice face plate covering all visible fixings.

The NewYorkeR SlidinG door has been purpose designed to work in conjunction with our pre-hung and AluSealeD aluminium jamb system, for a complete solution.

Design Features & Options:

Strong stable construction: all sections have a thick wall for extra rigidity and strength.
Deep styles: front and rear styles are 100mm deep to accommodate most mortice locks.
Mid rails are 70mm wide.
Aesthetically pleasing: looks have not been compromised in the construction -
no clip-in beadings or plastic screw covers.
Thickness: NewYorkeR SlidinG doors are 38mm thick.
Finishes: may be powdercoated or anodised in a variety of colours.
Pre-finished: manufactured in the factory to arrive on-site fully finished.
For very large doors, if entrance ways are not large enough, we are able to assemble onsite in special circumstances.
A wide range of glazing options including glass, aluminium and perforated sheet, etc. Maximum material thickness of 10mm.
Exterior use: these doors are suitable for outside use in some applications.

Door Hardware:

Flush fitting handle hardware is also available from CS For Doors' hardware department, CaviLocK. The NewYorkeR Flush Pull is a finger edge pull designed specifically for the NewYorkeR door. This Flush Pull sits flush within the front style of the door, matching the negative detail of the front clashing strip and has no visible screws or fastenings. The NewYorkeR Flush Pull is available in satin chrome finish as standard.
